Can we use i5 4690 or i5 4590 without Graphics card

Just as you can render without gpu, you can also game with iGPU. It works, it's just nothing enjoyable.

For what you are wanting to do, I would recommend bumping up to a Xeon 1231v3, and a dedicated graphics card. Those programs really need a powerful setup. I work for a diecast company, also, and you really want i7 performance for Solidworks.
