Sounds like it is potentially a virus issue. Can you do a full Windows reinstall?

Otherwise this could be anything. Some good tests for hardware are as follows:

- Try removing 1 stick of RAM, assuming you have two, it could be a memory issue.
- Try removing your GPU and using your onboard (fully remove the card from the board and all power cables).
- Try using a different PSU if you have access to one.

For me, in the past, these have been a quick way to solve hardware issue at work and at home.

Let us know if you have any success.

i did a full Windows reinstall
the fps now is great but my pc still slow :(  !

sorry for my bad english ;s

Dissable the onboard graphics, IE the HD Graphics 4600. Do this in your bios.

This will force the 7900 series to be used all the time, which I suspect it is currently not.

You will need to enter the computers bios. Usually pressing the Del or F2 key during boot will allow you to access this.

You then need to go to the onboard section in this and disable the CPUs internal GPU.

I cant really help much more without your motherboard make and model.

Also look at the timings, speed and voltage of the ram hhat it runs the right values.

Maybe give partnrs for the ram so we can look if they are about the same. You can check for those with cpu-z->spd tab.

OK, looking at the manual,

Press Del to enter the bios.
Go to Peripherals
Look for Intel Processor Graphics
Press Enter and select Disabled.

Go to Save and Exit.

Your iGPU is now off and the graphics card will be used all the time.
