Okay, so I got a prebuilt HP dc7800 SFF, keyboard, mouse and 22 inch Fujitsu monitor for about 175$, this might not seem great in USA, but for my country (BiH) it was extremely cheap.
So the PC spec's are:
Intel E6750 Core 2 Duo
Some generic HP Motherboard with 775 socket (1 PCI-E x16, DDR2 (max. 8GB 667 mHz) (256 MB GMA 3100 Integrated)
240W PSU

So, I already got some upgrade parts for free/pretty cheap.
I got a mid-tower case, so no need to (currently drying from painting)
VTX3D 5770 for 35$, ofcourse it's used, I don't mind used parts.
And probably will get a free DDR2 motherboard that is better than mine, is SLI compatible and can support 800-mHz DDR2 RAM.
I am also planning to buy a cheap used 400-600w PSU.

So, what other parts should I change, and please guys, I can't really buy DDR3 because I am out of money, and I would have to buy also DDR3 RAMs and potentionally a newer socket processor or an AMD one.
I am also interested would my CPU bottleneck the 5770?

Highly unlikely the bottleneck, one thing is the performance between ddr2 and ddr3 ram are significant. You can pick up 4gb off ebay for cheap. You can also get a monitor off ebay for $100 easily. The graphica card is 4 gens behind and wont run optimally. You really need to invest in a system at least running newer components. And probably at least a new pentium and new board ($125 for both about) and then throw 4gb of ram in thats new for $40 or off ebay for even less

If you can get other lga775 MB even it is used one, you should get it because the HP does lock some functions in the BIOS, also it is the SFF format PC, when you use it play games the pc components will heat up because the airflow is not good.

You should move the system into the mid tower case. You should have at least 4GB RAM, 8GB is perfect. i recommend don't get the cheap PSU, because the HD5770 requires a 500W PSU with 34A on +12V rail, and it is the heart of the PC. Here is the PSU tier list you should get one that is at least in the Teri 3. If you can list some of PSU you are planning to buy, and we can check it out for you. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su...

And the E6750 Core 2 Duo/ HD5770 is OK, but can't play the newer game in high setting. Here I found the youtube you can google it too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1BSeckc-cgc

I was planning on modding the other motherboard, and getting a Xeon processor, because they are much cheaper, yes they are for servers but I don't mind it.
And yeah I will move the components to mid-tower, ddr2 is a bit pricy but it's okay.
I would get CoolerMasters or maybe Rosewill's PSU, although Rosewill is not so good, but they are cheaper, and I would go for used one without a doubt, because nothing is new.
And yeah, for me it's enough to play on mid settings, tune down the resolution a bit and it's cool, although it's a 22 inch monitor.
Picked as best answer.
