I have a 400$ budget. I'm trying to get the best I can afford. So, I thought I would ask you guys.
Specs:
I5 4690k
B85 Fatal1ty mobo
2x4gb ram sticks
Evga Supernova B2

No, it won't. AMD is usually cheaper for the same amount of performance, but it runs hotter and requires more wattage. I personally like the nvidia cards.

I got a used R290 from ebay for $250 and it runs like a champ. There are risks associated with this route but if you are willing to accept them you can get a rad card for cheap.

Have you already bought the CPU and MOBO? You have listed an unlocked "K" series i5 CPU, which overclocks rather nicely, and a B85 mobo, which cannot OC.

If you wish to OC the i5, get a good Z97 mobo.
