Is this build okay? ( Or what should i change )

Hey i am making my first build and i need the price to be around 700€
So here is what i came up with:

CPU : Intel Core i5-4690K
GPU : Zotac GTX 760 2GB AMP Edition
Motherboard : Gigabyte Socket 1150 GA-H81M-HD3
Ram : Crucial DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHz 4GB CL9 (9-9-9-24) Ballistix Sport XT ( two of them )
Cpu cooling : Hyper 212 Evo
Psu : Codegen power supply ATX PSU 600W
Hdd : 500GB WD blue

Any help would be much appriciated :)

You need a 'Z' MoBo to be able to OC a 'K' CPU, which is not the case in your build. You won't be able to OC on your current MoBo. I'd highly recommend getting a better PSU, quality wise, from Antec/ EVGA/ SeaSonic/ XFX. Also, which site do you use to purchase the parts? Zotac isn't the best GPU manufacturer, get the Asus/ MSI/ EVGA/ Gigabyte if you can.
