PC running hot

My new gaming pc is running hot and fans are very loud. owever, my cpu is only at 55C and my gpu at 60C. WHat could be overheating?

fan noise may not be a pc running hot if they were 3 pin fans plugged into a cheaper mb that has no fan control. if it is a cheap mb and there no fan profile for the case fans they can run at 100.00 all the time or if there plugged into the power supply. cpu fan if it the stock intel fan will run about 800-1200 rpm stock and with the pc sitting will run temps about 40-45c. that if the paste is put on the cooler right and the cooler on tight. if your gaming a lot your better off using a evo 212 cooler for the money and some good thermal paste if you need to pull the cooler off.
