Hello, i want to buy this setup

  • Intel i5 2310 2.9 ghz
Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce GT610 2Gb video board
    4 GB ram

Will this setup at least get close to the next-gen hardware?
I want to play next-gen games such as Assassin's Creed Unity, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, Far Cry 4, GTA V and others.

You won't even be able to game with that setup.

I don't have much money now, i need to know how much money to raise. Also, there are people who build the PC themselves, and sell it, which is cheaper than making one my own.

I don't have experience with AMD processors, and i think i would want an AMD setup [if it's cheaper than it's Intel equivalent]. Could you recommend a setup?

What's your budget?

I would say around $500
I found this article on google. Is it a good setup?

$500 with the OS? Or without it?

No, no OS, just motherboard, ram, cpu, video board, case(case is optional, i would rather buy a second hand one), power source and HDD. I have monitor and other accessories
