It does what I just said in the title over and over again.
Any ideas? I can't really give any pc specs besides the name of my gpu wich is Nvidia GeForce 760 Ti and the amount of ram I have wich is 5gigs.
The weird part is that it worked perfectley until this morning when I opend my pc to clean it up... I took the mobo out so I could clean the little bits of dust and then put it back on... after that I got another problem when I put the mobo back in the case when I started my pc it instantaniously it turned off so I figured that it was a short circuit caused by the mobo beiing to tight to the case so I loosend everything up a little an after that I got the next error that it would turn off after 2 secs and then back on and back off over and over again... please heeelp!!

Did you remove your cpu or heatsink when you disassembled your computer? It could be that your motherboard is protecting your computer because your heatsink isn't properly installed and your processor is overheating.

Make sure the CPU heatsink is secure. With the PC off hold the board steady and with your other hand try to move the CPU cooler around. It should be held firmly in place and not move.

I did remove the cpu cooler and somewhat under my cpu there is another cooling thing thats hold in place by some pins.. I did remove them both but I don't know what I did wrong when I put them back

The super weird part is that my hdd makes this weird buzzing sound... and i'm sure its not the bzzer on my mobo because I can actually feel the hard drive making vibrating harder than normal when making that sound...

The hhd will not have any effect on your pc starting. If windows can't load you will get a error message stating it can't find a file necessary. Let's take one issue at a time. As far as the other holding thing I believe you are talking about the bar that clamps the cpu in place. Hopefully you didn't try to remove the cpu without loosening it. Make sure you didn't bend any pins when reinstalling the cpu.

How experienced are you with hardware? Have you taken a computer apart and put it together before?

Here are a few things to remember. 1. If your cpu was bad it wouldn't boot at all. 2. If the cpu heatsink is not secure the motherboard will protect itself. 3. the processor must be put in correctly or the computer wouldn't boot at all.
now what motherboard and processor are you using? is the fan power source the one dsignated for the cpu. If not the motherboard will think the fan is not turning and shut the system down.
