help me to find out problem in my mother board

so i have purchased my mobo which is gigabyte H87M-D3H but whenever i turn on my pc the cpu fan runs for some time then stops and again runs and stops.my psu is working fine,ram also .but what is the problem i cant figure it out.pleaae help...

intel core i5 4460
gskill ddr3 ram 4 GB
nvidia gt 610 ddr3 2 gb graphics card
psu-corsair 650 w
