So, I'm going to have a new pc and i can't decide what case I'm going to choose.. I would rly like a good case for air cooling, silent operation and also very ellegant.
I'm stuck between NZXT H440 and Corsair 450D
What do you guys think is the best option and what are the pros and cons between them?
My hardware is not rly heavy so it wont push the pc to the limit. here is the build:

-Corsair 450D Window
-MSI Radeon R9 270 2GB GDDR5
-Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
-MSI H97 Gaming 3 SKT 1150
-Corsair PC3-12800 1600Mhz 8GB (2x4) Vengeance DDR3 CL9 RED
-Kingston SSD NOW v300 240GB 2,5’’ SATA III
-Coolermaster G550M
-Intel Core i5 4690K

Thanks for your opinion!

If the fans are connected to the motherboard directly, I don't think it will change its speed automatically (I'm not so sure). I don't think it'll be a problem I run all the stock fans and some fan that I added on my NZXT Phantom on full speed 100% (2 200mm fans, and a couple 120/140mm fans), I can't hear a thing when I use my headphones, my PC is only around 20cm away form me, so yeah...

Since you're going for an air cooled system, I'd say get the 450D. The H440 is a beautiful case, but it's optimized for liquid cooling (they are not bad for air cooling either). The 450D has more openings for air to pass through (the 450D is also a good case for liquid cooling, just incase you're going to move to liquid cooling).

Thanks for your answer, just one more thing, are the stock fans on the 450d good? I see all this mixed opinions about them some say they are silent some say they are noisy, do know anything about it? I don0t rly want to spend more money on the corsair af series if its not necessary, and is it ok if i have 2 fans in the front and only one on the back, i heard some ppl say its bad for the airflow is it a big problem? thanks for your time

The fans that comes with the case is good enough, you don't need to buy the AF fans. Is it noisy? I don't think so, but it depends on the speed that its running at, if you just put is on 100% speed, you'll probably hear some noise (you'll not going to hear anything if you're using headphones), but it's not a going to be loud enough to wake up the neighbors. 2 fans in front and 1 at the back is going to be a problem, but what about the top? are going to leave it open?

Yeah, I would like the computer to be as silent as possible so i cant hear it with my headphones, i found this chart that says the db of the stock fans http://images.anandtech.com/doci/7891/450D-Noise.png
I would be like 50 cm away from my pc so i think i will hear around 35 db with them at around 70% from what i just saw on the internet that doesnt sound too lound. Btw, the fan speeds change automatically with its needs right?
