No. Even if Titan Z and 780 Ti is based on the same chip it is not possible to make such setup to get 3 way SLI configuration. If you want 3 way SLI setup you going to need 3 single GPU card. For nvidia their dual GPU card can only be SLIed with another dual GPU of the same card. SLI requirement is quite strict compared to crossfire
