GPU----- AMD HD Radeon 7950
MOBO-- Asus m5a97 r2.0
SSD-----Adata 128Gig
HDD-----WD Greed 2TB

Okay so i think my MOBO went bad. I get the normal 1 post beep then it turns off without even going to bios. I have tried swapping the ram around the sodimm slots 1 stick at a time did not work. Also tried new ram did not work. Tried resetting bios and bios flashback did not work. The PSU works tried it in 2 other PCs and worked also tried the old paperclip trick.I moved the GPU to the other Pcie slot and still the same 1 post beep then it turns off. I even tried taking the CPU out and putting it back with another heatsink. Any help on this would be awesome.

Solution
Its the mobo.
if its still in warranty, contact asus for an rma, if not, you may have to consider getting a new board, though new am3+ boards these days are cheap as hell so you ought not to worry.
