So I got a new monitor today and was setting it all up. I tried to play a game of league and the game loaded in borderless really weirdly. It had some of the game on my other monitor and would not let me scroll around with my mouse on the opposite side. If I force maximize it from task manager, the cursor is not aligned with the game properly
In the first picture my mouse is where the exit button is but not letting me press it. Next to it my mouse is above the exit section and allows me to press it. It also effects moving and skill in game they do not go where my mouse is but slightly below.
