Trying to reinstall win xp because of an error, but it still when reinstalling

STOP: c0000221 unknown Hard Error \SystemRoot\System32\ntfll.dll
This showed up, so I decided to reinstall windows, but after the scanning of the CD the error show up again.
I have an HP Compaq dc7100 SFF

Could be bad cd disk, bad cd rom, bad hard drive or bad memory.

You can download memtest86+ and boot it up and check your memory with it 3-4 times to see if there is a problem with the memory.

Do you have a different disk or cd rom you can try?
