Hi,

does Asus H81-PLUS Socket 1150 support Intel Haswell i5-4690K without BIOS-update?
Motherboard is rev 1.02 and I checked from Asus that cpu is supported after bios update 2001.

I don't know how to check BIOS version, since my computer won't give signal to monitor...

I would say No since it has the same warning to update the bios first on all the haswell's

Asus allows EZ Flash to be used to flash the BIOS.. Check this link :

Just wondering, are you going to use i5-4690K with that mobo ? Because the CPU is an unlocked one intented to OC. But you can still OC with after a BIOS update now.
