Looking for high performance max fps

I am starting to build a gaming pc but am stuck on witch motherboard and CPU to go with now days. I don't really have a budget but if I did I would say 5,000 and under. I want to be able to play the witcher 3 when it released on ultra with possible max FPS. if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great. I will be using sli gtx 780ti and water cooling

If you got the money to spend i would recommend going with a "Asus Maximus VII Formula" motherboard, along with an "Intel i7 4790k" cpu. You could argue with going for the "Intel i7 4960x", but the performance difference vs the price increase is for most people not worth it.
