Rosewill 750w PSU

I put it together yesterday, everything worked except it wasn't reading my GPU, only my mobo onboard GPU. Reset BIOS to default. Updated all drivers, nothing. Device Manger did not read it. A light on the MOBO would come on then quickly off showing it was receiving power. I have no beeps cause I have no speaker. I was told to try the other PCIe slot, I did and nothing. No signal would go to my monitor. Out of my 4 chassis fans, 2 worked, 1's LED worked but fan didn't, other fan neither LED or fan worked.

I switched back to original PCIe slot and now the same. It won't even send a signal to my monitor with the MOBO GPU, fans still in same situation. I have rechecked all connections, I had updated all drivers previously. I'm getting pretty frustrated with this project now since everyone says how easy it is to build a PC, this is my first. I reslotted the RAM.

I'm starting to believe it's either the MOBO or the PSU but I can't tell. Any help would be great.

Thank you

When I hook up my monitor, it's just a black screen. Whether it be for the GPU or the MOBO.

is the monitor turned on?

is the cable good?

what connections are you using?

are you sure the board is good?

pull the card out of the machine. run it for a while. how does the pc respond to tasks/utube video/mild gaming at low res?

with the card out....... all the fans now work?

Cable is good, like I wrote in my OP, it worked last night. I even tried another known working monitor and not receiving signal either. VGA and HDMI connections both tried.

I'm not sure the board is good, that is what I originally wrote and the question I'm asking. I've already ran it without the card and I still can't get any signal to my monitor. Since I can't get a signal to my monitor, I can't game, youtube, google, etc. Fans are still in same situation as OP.
