Not sure if the problem is the hard drive but each time its plugged in, the desktop will start up and the fan will speed up, then reset.... And it will proceed to do this... Once I unplug the ssd the PC still start and take me to the bios where it asks me to select a drive but there is Not on in the desktop. Why won't it start up with the ssd in, could it be corrupt? Also it runs when its in as a secondary on another computer but when it is the only one in the other computer it goes instantly to bios... Nonetheless it still starts when is in the other computer. But the computer I wamt it in, it will barely start and then reset over and over again. sorry I'm repeating myself :(

Ok if its a hard drive problem not booting it should tell you it has no place to boot from. What you should try is making a bootable cd or usb to try and boot from there WITH THE SSD PLUGGED IN.
If that doesnt work it doesnt mean its a software problem but a hardware problem and you should consider a PSU problem.
Check if you have any other psu at hand or check if the wattage you are needing for the pc is actually provided by your psu. Maybe you are just over the max wattage your psu gives.
If on the other hand computer boots into any bootable drive or usb drive or anything you should try booting to a windows setup and just erase the partition and create a new one to avoid any other trouble.
Then install windows on that partition.
hope...
