So my laptop, containing a i5-3317U with Intel HD Graphics 4000 and 6GB of RAM was on graphics driver 10, and I noticed that Graphics Driver 15 came out for the HD4000, so I decided to update my driver. I first uninstalled the old graphics driver, then rebooted my computer. On reboot, my screen went black when the lock screen should have showed up, and I can't get it to show anything. I've tried rebooting plenty of times, to no avail.

For all of you who are going to ask, I can't get into safe mode because I can't hit F8, and the install disc that I have doesn't have startup options listed in the advanced troubleshooting menu. Is there any other way to get into safe mode?

Also, for those who wonder, I am capable of making bootable USBs.

My laptop has Windows 8.1 Update 1 installed on it.
