I currently have:

Intel i7 4770k Haswell CPU
Gigabyte Z97x SOC Force Motherboard
16gb Corsair XMS3 Ram
Seagate Hybrid Drive ST2000DX001 2TB
Soundblaster Zx Soundcard
PNY GeForce 760 2gb video card
Antec HCG M HCG-850M 850W ATX12V Power Supply

All drivers are up-to-date; currently only getting ~500 marks on the Extreme Tuning Utility , I see users with same setup getting ~1000-1500. I copy profile and still get ~500. Any suggestions?

ram speed really means nothingfor modern CPU's btw

your unigine scores are right in line with what you expect. I ran the same test in windowed mode so only one of my AMD 7950's would run and i got the same scores (a little higher but i overclock pretty heavy)

I do not think anything is wrong and the other benchmark is not one i am familiar with.

do you have any issues while gaming.

heaven and the valley benchmarks are considered very reliable and if everything works there I would be satified

Well when playing CS:Go on Medium settings, at 720p, I only get ~140 FPS. If I have a twitch stream playing in the background, or a youtube video, etc. I get Less than 100.

anything over 60 fps and monitor cannot display it. this is what is meant when we see that 60 hz refresh speed on monitors. If you had a 140hz monitor then you could display 140 fps.

I really think that your rig is working just fine as is evidenced by the heaven benchmark. I would move all of your settings to max on CS:Go and see how it works then.

I have a 144hz monitor, and Vertical Sync is disabled. The hz of my monitor have nothing to do with the framerate my PC can output. I was getting over 250 fps on a CRT monitor in Counter-Strike: Source. (~7 years ago) People with similar setups, weaker CPUs, etc are streaming 60fps, while the game is at a constant 250 fps. I cant even get a constant 250 fps while not streaming.

do you use MSI afterburner. if not I would install it so that you can see if you are using 100% of your GPU while gaming. make sure you also install the addon riva tuner that comes with it. If you could try gaming again and make sure that you have the msi/riva tuner running in the background we may be able to get this fixed pretty readily.

also what driver version are you using
