hello ,
i have gigabyte g41 motherboard , power supply hec cougar 750 wt
i had ati gigabyte 7750 , and was working very good , then due to my work i had to work 30 days on , 30 days off , so i used to leave my pc off and unplugged for one month and on for one month
one day i came from work , plugged my pc , and guess what it is not working
i kept tracking the problem till i found it is problem with my graphics card
i removed it and purchased ati gigabyte 7770 card , once installed worked very good
again i travel for work , come back , plug my pc , turn on , same scenario
i troubleshooted the problem , tried many things , then finally removed the card , and pc worked good with internal vga , reinstall the card , turn on again , and then i smell burning smell from my card , i turned off and remove it , pc working good with internal vga
and in my country , warranty is nothing if a few days pass after purchasing the item
that means i have to buy a third one , i am so sad and angry but want to find out what causes this problem , as before my work i used to keep my pc on for days and days without shut down and was working very nice
now every time i leave it long time , some component is dead
NOTE : A year ago happened the same scenario and the motherboard was dead once i arrived from work , and i also had to change , but all other components were ok

please advice and help me

The most common problem for dead PC parts, trust it or not, is humidity, check the dead GPU's if you haven't throw them for like a tiny rust places, that can cause a lot of problems.
And just so you know, never throw away dead GPUs, you might fix them, or sell them on ebay, some people are looking for spare parts, or just simply, paperweight that is cool.

you might be right and what supports your answer is that i live in alexandria/egypt " 200 meter from the sea "
and humidity is not very high like tropical countries but still considered higher that other places or governs in egypt
please tell me if there is away to fix that card , as i will plan not to buy another one till i buy an AC .

Try concentrated isopropyl alcohol, and try to clean the whole GPU, use cotton sticks or swab, don't use brushes, then leave it to try out for some time, and try to power it up, if it fails, then mostly your GPU is dead.
