Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
Video Card 1 AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series
Video Card 2 Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
Memory 16 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 8 Professional Edition (build 9200), 64-bit

Solution
So there's no discrete graphics card in your PC at all. No HD7900 series.

If you disable the HD4600 integrated graphics, you'll have no graphics/video output at all.
Doesn't show anything on that link.

If you have your monitor plugged into the graphics card, rather than the motherboard, then only the graphics card will work.

What HD7900 series card is it? 7850, 7950, 7970, 7990 or what? And what make and model?
