I am using an Apple earbuds w/ mic. I bought a 3.5mm 4 Pin to 2x3 Pin 3.5mm Headset Splitter Adapter and when I plug it into the front case headphone + mic slots, the mic doesn't pick up any sound. However, when I plug it into the mic slot on the back of the case (directly into the motherboard), the mic now picks up sound.
Is there a problem with the splitter or the earbuds?
