Whenever I start up my pc or I wake up pc from sleep mode it makes 1 clicking noise and a loud spinning noise then goes on quietly.
I heard it was a harddrive failing but I got my harddrive a few days ago.

Is it normal for it to make that noise?
note that in the video the mechanical 'click' is my keyboard waking the pc from sleep mode.
