I am planning to build a gaming PC that can be sufficient for the new games (Im into FPS and Sports Games)
and atleast can last 3 years and can still play @ medium - high settings.

This build cost around $870 in my country.
I can get a $300 on my old PC (FX-4300 build), so i have a budget of $550 - $570.

Can these parts can accomodate my need and will last atleast 3 years?

Processor: AM3+ AMD Vishera FX-8320 Black Edition 3.50GHz 8-Core
Motherboard : MSI 970 GAMING
RAM : Gskill Ripjaws X 8GB 4gbx2 DDR3 1600 CL9
GPU : XFX R9-280X-TDFD 3GB 384bit Gddr5
PSU : Seasonic S12II 620W 80PLUS Bronze
Casing + Cooler: Cooler Master CM 690 III Side Window w/ Seidon 120V cooler

Solution
well thats solid. later you may need 8 more gigs but for now this is a solid machine that will likely last 3 years. the only other future upgrades MAYBE are a bigger psu to accommodate another r9 280x
