Strange clicking noise from back (exhaust) fan

when i power up PC i have a strange clicking sound that comes from my Fan i had one that was ruined couse of that issue (stock HAF 912+ back fan) now i bough an replacment fan (CM SickleFlow) and it also started clicking after power is turned on what is the problem dont have it with other fans only the back one? i once crosed wires on PSU and it sparked can that be a problem something with voltage or what couse its only clicking for 10-15sec after power up then it stops and fan is dead silent i dont know what is cousing it couse its a second fan replacment and same issue its anoying

nope that is not the case couse its only on power up when the PC is cold when its running for a while and i restart or turn off for a min then turn on nothing heapends

Another question for visitors:

Can it be that DIGI+ PowerControl is doing this?

But i had that fan in pc before and it did not make any sound like that the stock back fan that was instaled in case also made the same noise i throw that one in trash placed the sickleflow shortly after it started making the same noise little in beggining now you can clearly hear it

Are the fans undervolted? This can cause a ticking noise.
