Hello. We have a Motorola 2247-N8 wireless router. Earlier today, our internet connection dropped for some reason. I managed to restart the router, but on the connection information page says that "WAN Status" is down. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks.

That would be a symptom of something you will probably have to call your internet provider. But, you could do the obvious things -- power cycle the router, try a different cable, double check that there is a cable plugged into the WAN port (that you accidently didn't move the cable).
