refreshing windows 7 to earlier date

by using McAfee Security Scan Plus it found cookies and other things needed to be deleted. I did so and have this has also names, passwords and more have disappeared. Now I would like to my computer to be refreshed or sent back to where was before. This can be simply, but I do not know how. Any information please.

It's called systems restore and you need to go to your Control Panel then System & security then Action Center and you will see Recovery
