Oh I am sorry I wasn't paying close enough attention there!

A couple choices for you both are the highest you can get for 2.0 slots. Hope this helps you out! :)

PCI-E 3.0 cards are backwards compatible with PCI-E 2.0 motherboards. The AM3+ motherboards are still in production and support all current video cards. Don't get either one of those linked GPUs - they're very weak (as to be useless in gaming). What are your other specs (CPU, power supply model)?
  6. It doesn't really matter if the PCIE of your motherboard is PCI-E 2 because it's backwards compatible anyways.

Check my other threads for specs, so you mean i can run the 750ti or 260x
  8. Listen, I also have a 760g motherboard, and they can run any gpu upto even the 780 level (not that it is recommended) spend 20/30$ more and get this r9 280:http://www.amazon.com/Asus-R9280-DC2T-3GD5-ASUS-Graphics-Cards/dp/B00IXI5AT2/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1409418934&sr=1-2&keywords=r9+280

What power supply are you using again?

You could run an Nvidia Titan if you have the power supply to back it up. You can run ANY PCI-E 3.0 video card on that motherboard.
  10. Within reason, I would choose the r9 280/280x
