Hi, at the moment I'm currently running a DDR3 - 2133mhz CL11-11-11-30 1.5-1.6v 4G G.Skill RipjawsX memory stick. I have 2x of these cards yet only one seems to work in my rig. If i position my working card in any of the 4 slots besides the first, it will not work and I will get a clear beeping sound from my rig before shutting down. Where as, if i use my 2nd (non working ram) on my brothers computer it works but does not work on mine at all.

I'm currently running my rig as stated;
- Sapphire Radeon HD7970 3G graphics card
- Intel i5 3540k CPU
- ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M
- Antec Neo ECO 620C Power Supply

If that is of any help.

Do you have the BIOS set to accommodate the overclocked memory? That board does not natively support 2133mhz RAM except in OC mode.

From the manual comes this as well. I doubt it helps with the single module not working in any slot, but it's worth noting if you didn't already.

For optimal compatibility and stability while overclocking memory
frequency, it is recommended to install one memory module in
DDR3_B2 slot or two memory modules in DDR3_A2 and DDR3_B2
slots.
