I'm trying to figure out if I'm doing this right. Should I be overclocking using their easy tune feature, or in Bios? I did change cpu clock ratio in bios to 38 and the frequency did change to 3.80ghz, but when running cpuz it states the multiplier is 32.

I tried downloading the newest bios update, but after unzipping and trying to run the application I get the "version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you're running".

How do I overclock this cpu correctly?

I updated the bios thru gigabyte's tool. If I download the bios update from their website I get the error listed in the OP when I try to run the application. I'm probably doing something wrong?

I tried updating using @Bios and putting the latest Bios update from Gigabyte's website on a usb and loading it in Q-Flash. After loading from @bios and updating all clock speeds and voltage, cpuz still reads multiplier x32. I'm really lost on this :(
