This is a specific question. I was wondering what could be causing this.

I have a GTX 660 Ti 8GBS i7 gear.
I just played Titanfall at 1080p Ultra while recording with Shadowplay and was at a steady 60FPS, just to put it out there as a template.
But while playing games and seeing the framerate die, I noticed some details on MSI Afterburner.
On all games.

Everything else (Like temp) is fine at all times gaming or not.
Power 100% (Tho does not seem to be the issue, since even with it at 100%, if the other things were not at 100%, the framerate didn't die).
GPU Usage 100%.
FB Usage 100%/88%.
Core Clock MHZ 300/700 Spikes all over the place.
Mem Clock MHz 800/30005 Spikes all over the place.
Utization Limit 0/1 Spikes.
GPU/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8 Sometimes spike, sometimes not, sometimes one or two GPUs are at 0.
Power Limit 1/0 Spikes.

Post your build in complete detail.

You really need to relate your info better eg Core clock at 300MHz? on Idle? Gaming at 700MHz? I gather the mem was 3005 not 30005 and MHz.

I gather you only have GPU0 fitted. No others in SLI.

Could be mobo, psu or gpu if there is a problem. Could just be your settings eg resolution.

Try your card in another PC.

I don't have another computer.
What you mean, resolution settings.
I don't know what you mean by having only GPU0 Fitted.

The Idle is.
Power at 213 or 38. Goes up and down.
GPU Usage at 1/0%.
FB Usage 4%.
Core Clock MHz 324.
Mem Clock MHz 324.
Powr Limit 1.
UT Limit 0 tho it spikes to 1 for a few seconds.

Listen, I just want to know what would cause those things to spike, cause I already wasted enough time trying to see if the issue was something else, that is literally the only thing that seems off place.

That doesn't seem to do anything, unless I have to wait/reboot to test it.
The issue is on GPU Usage and FB Usage. Like it's fine, then I open Minecraft with Shaders, or The Crew, or anything, and it reaches 99% and stays there. If it doesn't stay there for what ever reason, the game runs fine.
And I know for a fact this computer can run things just fine (Which seems to be when ever those two are not at 99%). So how do I prevent that.

can you screen shot your usage while running the heaven benchmark

https://unigine.com/products/heaven/download/

this is my favorite program to diagnose issues with my CF 7950's just because it takes out potential for some issue with the driver and that individual game.

if you could screenshot your stats again that would be great. there does seem to be some weird things going on with your previous screenshots

Care to elaborate? Which card, the GTX?.
The RAM is fine, the GPU is the thing being used. Also if it's faulty, how come it ran at 60FPS for like 4 days last week, wouldn't it just NOT work if it was broken.

so the frame buffer is when you are using msi afterburner for recording i believe (avid gamer and builder but not a game recorder)

as for the mouse it is either bad luck or it is really sensitive and you need a mouse/gaming pad

I would like to see the how the card works in heaven just because i know what the behavior of cards is when running heaven. it would just make it easier to delineate what is happening with that benchmark.

are you using the 340.52 drivers?

have you tried the new msi afterburner 4.0.0 beta 9

if you did run the benchmark were your core clock and memory clock stable and was the GPU running at 95% or higher he whole time

For recording? What you mean? I wasn't recording anything, FB is always high while gaming with or without recording .
I have 337 driver, could download 340 but I tried downgrading and upgrading before and it didn't work.
Yes the MSI is the beta.
What exactly do you need to see then while running Heaven? All the MSI things were the same with Heaven as it would be with a game running.

the only question I have about the fb is that I do not have that option and I have never had that option either. I am just wondering why you have it
