So i have Corsair Vengeance 8GB CMZ8GX3M1A1600C9, when I ran the bios, my memory shows DDR3 1333. But that is not my problem, i changed to 1600 mhz via Advanced Mode (F7). And my question is, should i change the dram voltage? Its shows 1.5v (Auto)

Sorry for my bad English :D

Solution

No need to change the voltage at all. 1.5v is a good voltage to operate at and is recommended for haswell. Your RAM is rated at this voltage.Only change the DRAM voltage when overclocking if requires.
