Hi im currently having a problem when trying to play a new game ive downloaded (wildstar) it lets me log in and get to the character creation then I get an error message come up " The Instruction at 0x referenced memory at 0x The memory could not be read " . so anyways ive tried putting all my files on a backup Seagate so my computer is practically empty apart from wildstar .

Ive checked that my directX is upto date and ive even been in command and done sfc /scannow with no problems .
im currently on a 32 bit mode even tho Im sure it can run on a 64bit . something to do with having program files x86 ??

my details are.
name: Intell (R) HD Graphics 4000
chip: Intell (R) HD Graphics Family
driver model : WDDM 1.2
VERSION. 9.17.10.2828
MAIN DRIVER: igdumd64.dll,igd10um64 .dll,igd10um

any help would be much appreciated thankyou!
