Ok, I would like to know which one is the most reliable and most accurate software for reading cpu temperature, because:
Bios says 60 celsius idle
Hwmonitor 48-50 idle- 75-90 full load
Easy tune 21 idle - 45-55 full load
And my cpu fan (deep cool ice edge mini fs) runs at 2.5k rpm all the time, 300 rpm more than specified, I used stock cooler before 2.5k min rpm, and the highest I've seen it running was 5.5k rpm.
Any suggestion, about reading correct temperatures?

The most reliable is the reading from bios. If you have UEFI software with your motherboard you can use that to access the same reading.

BIOS and Easy tune should show the correct temperature. BIOS is high because in BIOS the CPU is running always running at 3.8 GHz. I own the same CPU on a Gigabyte motherboard and Hwmonitor shows wrong temps. Your CPU cooler doesn't seem to be very good but it is better than the stock cooler.

If this is true, that is way too high ( bios 60c ), should I maybe get better cpu fan?
And btw, my pc case is Thermaltake Commander MS-I USB 3.0, other components runing fine temperatures, hdd 25-30c, gpu 32-58c.

First - blow out your case with compressed air to get rid of any dust build up. Boost your cpu fan speed. Get rid of any cpu overclock.

On a hot day you should get 40C max on idle and 60C max gaming.

If still no good, then re-seat your cpu cooler.

If still no good, get a better cooler.

Just yesterday, I did detailed cleaning, all components and pc case too.
Fans re-seated, not much of a change really. But if I put my hand inside the case or above, I feel cold fresh air, even while gaming.

I am using 760K with a stock cooler and it reaches over 70 C when I am stress testing. It's perfectly stable just a little bit loud. Cooler Master 212 EVO is a great cooler but it won't fit in any PC case. An alternative is maybe the CM Hyper TX3 EVO.

Or better still (but more expensive) - one from Noctua.

Sorry for the delay, power went out for more than 24 hours, grrrrrrrrr!!!! :)
CM Hyper TX3 EVO and Noctua seems like a good solution, but sadly Cm tx3 is not available yet in my country, and Noctua NH-L9a is on sale for 38 euros.
And just one more thing, what do you think about ''coolermaster seidon-120v'', its on sale for 50 euros, is it worth a money ?

You only need air cooling for a 760k.

Thank you both for your help and suggestions :)
