buzz and freeze

hi

I have an issue with my system
when I play games or watch video either online or not I get a random screen freeze accompanied with a buzzy noise from speakers
it can last 0.5 of a second to 2 seconds then runs again but this issue can happen 10 times a minute or 5 times a day but its doing my head in

my rig

amd fx 9590 running stock 4.7
zotac gtx 670 amp stock
sabertooth990 r2
corsair cmy16gx3m2a2400c11 16 gig running at 2400mhz
ocz vertex 256gig ssd hdd main drive
Weston digital 1tb wdc wd10 02faex-00y9a0 second drive
psu 1000w be-quiet
I am running windows 7 ultimate
all drivers and bios ect up to date

any and all help and advice much appreciated

ps

running hwmonitor and all temps within spec
cpu max in game ( cod ghost ) 48c
mainboard 33c
vid card 59c

I had the same problem ran memtest believed it. Spent a ton of money on nothing and it ended being up memory. No lies, just give it a go if its not the problem at least one less thing. Only reason i figured it out was from gaining some stability from downclocking the memory.

if you don't get a blue screen but something like that happens it can happen due to a bad chip or overclock, just try tweaking down the card by about 5% across the board and try to play your game again, if that doesn't work do another 5% up to 15%

thank you for your time and assistance

I tried 1 stick at a time and same issue
so down clocked the memory to 2133 from 2400 and it seems to be working fine ( fingers crossed )
