need serious help! dr.debug?

Having some serious problems!! Maybe the motherboard or CPU? Also do you know anything about Dr. Debug on a asrock z87 MB? My mb is throwing codes (40,4F,03,15) which asrocks website claims its a memory problem with my computer just turns on with a black screen and beeps continusly. So I tried removing one memory stick to see if one was bad, black screen and beeps and restarts and does the same thing. I tried removing one stick at a time and still didnt work.

Thanks in advance. Any little bit helps!

Its the asrock z87 extreme 4 mb.
Ram is 2 sticks of ballistix sport 1600mhz
Cpu is intel i5 4570? Dont remember exactly.
And I have no idea how to clean cmos, like I said it just sits at a black screen and beeps. Lol

Hope that helps a little
