How does the H100i work?

i'm a little curious as to how the H100i works, does it come pre-filled with fluids or do you have to add fluids and all that when you install it?

It comes filled with liquid, it goes thrugh the radiator first, which is cooled by the air generated from fans, it then circulates t the cpu, the cool liquid thus expelling heat from it, then it carries the heat and dispels it out the radiator
