So I got this intel pentium g3258 processor which is unlocked so i wanna know that how much can i overclock it from 3.2GHz provided that it runs stably and still gets a long life, not going above 73 degrees mark with STOCK COOLER and not any other cooling source.

Well the CPU can OC to 4.2GHz rather easily and 4.4GHz after some more tweaks, but with some af cooling. I'd say try 4GHz and use Prime95 to stress it and then use temp monitoring software to monitor the temps. If its anywhere b/w 70-75C on full load, then you'll be good to go.

Yeah that's what i was looking for. I was thinking that i dont even need to take it above 3.9GHz. Will it shorten the lifespan? i mean that is 70-74 degrees enough?

A rule of thumb for OCing, or even a CPU at stock speed is: Full load temps shouldn't exceed 80C (75C recommended) continually. If you're in the early 70s on full load, or even mid 70s for that matter, you'll most likely be on the safe side. A good read:
