After BSOD: Memtest86 not worked.

So I've been having BSOD issues recently and I decided to run Memtest86 and boot from a USB device to do so. After setting the USB device with memtest on it as the boot and restting the PC, it just booted up normally and didn't run Memtest at all.
What have I done wrong?

Turns out that I had to restart the PC through the bios [instead of restarting it manually] and disable secure boot mode. How many times should I test this RAM to make sure it isn't causing the BSOD issues? If any errors are found, what should I do about it and how can I make sure my system is stable.
Please note that I am not overclocking anything and I have brand new components.
