Don't think so, the board seems to be E-ATX, but those cases can only take ATX or smaller.

Yes it is a std ATX board. Correction it is extended ATX although 12" x 10" is ATX except it is 0.4" wider! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=13-128-750
Should fit mid tower.

It's E-ATX, but it's only a bit bigger than standard ATX, so it should fit in those cases.

The H100i will fit in either of them, but you'll have to put either the radiator or the fans on top of the case if you get the CM Storm Scout 2:
