Hello, i've got a problem, a frustrating one, for some time now my computer used to bluescreen whenever i connected anything into the usb port, (after reset it sometimes could be fine for an hour or to) but this seems i have got rid of after formating the disc reinstalling all drivers and stuff, but now the problem still persists in a different form. i just bought a yeti usb mic, connected it, everything works fine, then goes the desktop manager (CRASH) twice, all my browsers refuse to work and instantly crash whenever they're on, most of the software also does after a short time of using it. i tried everything and i cant seem to fix it. all i know is that the problem might be with the hard drive as i think it had some bad sectors but it only happens when i connect anything on the usb port (except the mouse and keyboard, weirdly). also my computer was windows xp media center edition and i switched to windows 7 if that could be the problem. PLEASE HELP

i checked through the event viewer and found this:

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

and this:

Volume Shadow Copy Service error: A critical component required by the Volume Shadow Copy service is not registered. This might happened if an error occurred during Windows setup or during installation of a Shadow Copy provider. The error returned from CoCreateInstance on class with CLSID {f5078f32-c551-11d3-89b9-0000f81fe221} and Name MSXML30 is [0x80040154, Class not registered
].
