I would say that 16 GB of RAM is overkill for gaming. Get 8 GB and use the money to get a better GPU. Also, Corsair CX PSUs are made with low quality parts, so I would suggest the EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B2 which is an excellent unit made by Super Flower.

Depends on the game actually, some games are really badly optimised, you will be good with most games but some (Wachdogs etc.) really should have stayed on console with the piss poor attempt at a pc port!.
