My budget is less than $50. I have read good reviews on Antec VP 450 but it uses CapXon capacitors which have terrible shelf life whereas Corsair CX 430 V2 uses CWT capacitors with better durability.

I will be using them in hot, humid and dusty ambience with the expectation of them lasting at least 3 years without OCing.

So which one should I buy? Any suggestion?

Built:

AMD FX-6300 3.5 Ghz processor,

Asus M5A97 2.0 Evo Mobo,

Corsait vengeance 1 * 4 GB DDR3 Ram at 1600 Mhz,

PSU ?

Solution
Dont get either, they are both horrendous quality.
Get an XFX Core 550 or 450, or a seasonic, both are excellent psus, and they should slide in your budget.

I don't think I have that many options in India and $50 is a bit more than INR 3000, I have stay within my budget.

Price at newegg does not include the international shipping cost and thus is misleading for the Indian customers :(

I do have a UPS, it's a 625Va modified sine wave one which may or may not be compatible with the Seasonic PSU :(

CapXon caps are terrible. I bought the latest CX 430 2.3 revision and every cap on the secondary is CapXon. Even the 3300uF cap. they could have at least put a better cap there. The primary cap is 220uF 400v United Chem-Con. At least they were smart enough not to put a CapXon cap there. It would probably explode and set your house on fire. All those CapXon caps I swapped out for Nichicons and Panasonics
