Computer is locked with Parents Adm Acct passsword. How do I bypass this and remove it?

Gateway 10.1 Intel Atom N450. Was given to me by my brother because he can't remember password. Windows starter. I know it is not much but he wants it to work again. Any help appreciated

We can't be sure that the computer is yours and you're not trying to take info out of someone's else's pc, no offense. We can't help you out. Ask your brother to try to recall it.

You do that by asking your parents what the password is. We cannot and will not assist with circumventing that.
