Is Gtx 750 works fine with I3-3210 3.2 GHz

My pc spec are
Processor - I3-3210 3.2 GHz
Ram - 4gb ddr3 1333 MHz
MotherBoard - Intel dh61ww
OS - Windows 7 ultimate 64bit
is gtx 750 1gb ddr5 OR
gts 650 1gb ddr5 works fine with my system or it will bottleneck or give me some problem
please answer for both cards performance with my system

Graphics cards do not have to be compatible with the CPU, they just have to be compatible with the available slots on your motherboard, plus your PSU has to be powerful enough for it. Since the GTX 750 requires only a 300w PSU, your existing PSU will almost certainly be okay.
