I have a TV that has 1 digital output jack. I want to hook up a sound bar but it is recommended that i use an optical wire to connect. Is there an attachment or converter i can purchase? The Best Buy salesman said the only thing i can really do is use the analog jacks provided on my TV.

If your TV has a digital output jack that is not optical then it is a single RCA jack.
