how to use 2 printers in a wired network?

i already have one HP printer (heavy Duty A4 only printer) installed and working in the network. i bought another HP printer (A3 size compatible) and want to install it in the same network. at the second printer's "Network Configuration Page" everything seems okay i.e the ip address and the mac address is showing. but in the HP software it is not detecting it.

please helpppppppp

You should be able to use 2 printers on the network. I would make sure to connect them via Ethernet, and not WiFi. At this point I recommend taking the A4 one offline, and working only to get the new one configured. Try to load the drivers again, and if still a no go, will need to call HP for support and have them troubleshoot it with you.

well i just tried that but no luck....
i uninstalled all HP software from my pc and re downloaded all the drivers for the A3 printer with the A4 Printer switched off. i even tried connecting it to the same port but in vain........
