I have a problem with my 500GB external drive. I tried to recover my video fileson my compaq 420 but the hdd would not show.
as it had not been used for a long time, i just kept it under the sun for an hour and it started showing on monitor.
After recovery I see that my external drive's capacity become 200MB instead of 500GB capacity. Can anyone help me recover my disk space, please? Thanks
