I have a program running on a laptop I have never saw and cannot find any information on it, can you help? It is called whiskyhumble borland software

Yes. if you don't know where it came from you should definitely try to uninstall it. I'd also run a full scan with Malwarebytes: https://www.malwarebytes.org/

I ran malwarebytes and it did not find it. I found it with Autoruns 11.34, now I need to determine how to remove it.

Start up in safe mode and remove the folder that the suspicious software is installed in.
